Mother: Stella La Varra, his wife
There is the marriage annotation to Alesandro Gaio, AND a second annotation. Date is 6 June 1940, in Conservano, which I believe is her death. You see the word "deceduto" although the clerk seems to have used a marriage notation stamp.
