Help translating Baptisms of Carpani

Post by deigo1 »

Hello could someone help with the translation of the two church baptisms I recently received of my great grand parents. One is of Giovanni Antonio Carpani and the other is his daughter Caterina Carpani. Both are from the parish in Lizzano in Belvedere. We found some of these details from the marriage of Caterina to my grandfather (Sebastiano Cheli). The church was unable to locate the death record of Giovanni that was called out in the marriage record, but was able to locate his baptism.

This was of the key details from that post as it relates here:
"Maria Cattarina Carpani was born May 16, 1778, of the legitimate marriage of Giovanni Antonio Carpani and Domenica Maria Giorgi"

Thank you!
D.
