Hello, unfortunately, there's no other way to find the birth district.
If you know the parents' names and which district they were born or married in, you could start searching in those neighborhoods. However, for the years you mentioned (67-68), only the 1867 birth register in Pendino is online.
Registers for 65 are available in all neighborhoods except Piscinola and Fuorigrotta, and for 69 in Chiaia and San Ferdinando.
In San Lorenzo, 66 is also available, and in San Carlo l'Arena, 70.
Consider the possibility that the data you have could be very approximate, meaning the child could be born five years earlier or later. You also need to be careful about cases of homonymy (it might be helpful to check if the marriage is recorded in the birth certificates to ensure it's the right person).
Finally, you can either go directly to the State Archives or hire a local professional genealogist who can go to the Archives.
