Birth record, I hope someone can help me, not sure where to start

I got this:

No good news from the Comune of Castelfidardo: they checked the birth records between 1866 and 1895, and no person with the last name DI PEO was born in Castelfidardo in those 30 years ! The research is not easy because I really believe that Filippo’s last name was mispelled or changed when he arrived in Argentina.
In fact the last name DI PEO or DIPEO in Italy doesn’t exist. Please click here:

If you hired someone, they'll do that because they charge for every attempt, doesn't matter if they find the certificate or not.

It should be noted that the Felice in the birth act I posted was married in 1888 to Concetta Ciccolatto, according to the notation on the birth act. It IS possible that she died and he remarried???

wow, I missed this part. Well, "Felipe" had a son (Pedro) in Argentina in 1908 (20 year after)
Where could I check info about Concetta Ciccolatto? Maybe she died and that's is why Felice decided to go to Argentina.

Another thought: Could he and his wife have traveled to Argentina? THEN she died?

I have searched for a death act for Concetta Ciccolallo in Semivicoli (1888-1900) and in Tollo (her place of birth according to the annotation of marriage - searched 1888=1907), but was unsuccessful.

Here is the request for publication of marriage banns in Tollo for Felice Di Peio and Concetta Ciccolallo on 27 October 1888.
The marriage took place in Casacanditella - so I will look there. It is possible that is where they resided.

we know he was in 1908 in Argentina because his son Pedro was born in 1908.
It's hard to say when he got married in Argentina

There is nothing to prove that they were... only that they appear to have the same parents

The Felipe in the baptism is born about 1872 - and we have not found his birth act.

The Felice in the birth act was born in 1867 to what appears to be the same parents.

Let us hope that the Comune of Semivicoli finds a birth act for Felipe/Filippo.

And it would be helpful to have an arrival for Felipe Di Peo - it would give the year and his age.

Having the same parents is not weird They could be brothers. One named Felice and the other Filippo whose given name took an Argentinian form (Felipe)

Yes, I believe the embassy will not accept them as the same person since there is no proof. That is to say, other verification that they are the same person.

Try posting a request for assistance in the "Emigration, Immigration..." forum here. There are other volunteers who might be able to help find an arrival for Felipe Di Peo.

I have not located a birth act for Felipe/Filippo, or the daughter Maddalena whose death information I posted. It gave her birth year about 1868. It was not there.

I also searched births from 1888 onward for children that may have been born to Felice Di Peio and Concetta Ciccolallo. I checked in several comuni: Semivicoli, Tollo, Casacanditella, and Castelfidardo. I found no children born to this couple.
