The surname is D’Errigo
The bottom portion reads that the documents presented were the certificate of the publications which were published on the 15th and 22nd of last January. It also reads that, in the presence of the same witnesses (their names are listed above),they exposed that a female baby had been born from their natural union. Her birth was declared in this office of the civil state on Nov 22, 1927 (#6161) and she was given the name, Anna. With the present act, they were now recognizing her as their own daughter and legitimizing her birth.
Unfortunately, the birth records for 1927 are not accessible.
