Back of 1832 marriage document.

Post by ACM7 »

Hello,

I noticed there seems to be an annotation mentioning the date 16th of August 1815 on the back of this document. I can't seem to make out what it says. If someone could tell me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

I am understanding that the annotation refers to the fact that the Birth Certificates of the spouses had been extracted from the Parish Books and then it seems to be saying "as per the Decree? of 16 August 1815".

The writing is not so clear. Someone else might correct.
